Mas Gabriel

Mas Gabriel is a small estate of 6.5 hectares of vines with soils of basalt, Villefranchian gravel and clay-limestone.

Before the Domaine was taken over, the vineyard was worked with respect for biodiversity and nature. We obtained organic certification in 2009.

We only grow Mediterranean grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, black Carignan and Cinsault, for the red varieties, and white Carignan, Vermentino, grey Grenache and white, for the white varieties.

We take care of our vines ourselves all year round and harvest the grapes entirely by hand in order to express the best of the typicity of the grapes and the terroir.

We create wines typical of the Pézenas terroir, expressive with character, but always elegant. Each wine in our small range has its own identity, linked to its dominant grape variety.
